使用來自雲林水林黑鑽石桑椹，果實明顯飽滿較大也較甜，
加上切成細絲的檸檬皮，將果香揉進鮮活酸香，讓果醬多了幾分清爽與微苦的尾韻。

除了能搭配吐司麵包或優格吃之外，
也可以將桑椹果醬泡成冰涼桑椹果汁或果茶喝唷！
但是果醬與濃縮果汁不同，若是想要沖泡成桑椹果汁果茶，
可以加三四匙果醬後，依您自己的口味喜好，
再加入一點蜂蜜或糖，調整您自己喜愛的甜度哦。
