處理好的果肉糖漬一夜再一一加入其他食材熬製，
不加水、增稠劑和其他食用膠等等是基本條件，
才能收成色澤美麗、香香甜甜又帶酸勁的百香果果醬。

除了沾麵包吐司優格，還能加茶、氣泡水調成百香果飲品，
加點橄欖油和醋，也能調成生菜沙拉或料理的醬汁哦。
