這是一款以南方熱情的屏東為主題,使用當地秋季盛產的果物製成的果醬。

櫻紅中帶橘的果醬色澤,一眼就想到秋日黃昏天邊渲染的火紅晚霞;
入口迎來果物交疊出的獨特香氣,從味蕾間散出似蜜糖甜甜酸酸的漸層,
帶點咀嚼口感的清香檸檬皮,是恰到好處的點綴收尾。

雖然是第一次使用梅爾黃檸檬(屏東內埔),
但是對它特殊且濃郁的香氣深深著迷,我太晚認識它了。
梅爾是由檸檬和柑橘雜交而成的品種,
外皮圓滑且薄,沒有一般檸檬皮的苦澀味,
酸度溫和,果肉也飽滿多汁略帶柑橘花香。
